Full Program Timeline (Nov 2025 - Mar 2026)

The program is structured into four sequential phases, from mandatory setup to final project execution.

Evaluation & Accountability

Performance is measured across four criteria, culminating in a critical restructuring checkpoint at the end of the Training Phase.

Leaderboard Weighting

The final ranking is determined by a four-part score, emphasizing both commitment and technical proficiency.

Task Completion & Accountability

Submission and completion of tasks is mandatory. Missing assignments below a certain threshold will lead to serious consequences, including exclusion from the Workshop Phase and Mini-Project assignments. Consistent participation is essential for progression through the program.

Mini-Project Participation

Each DC will be assigned to work on one mini-project during the Mini-Project Phase, where they will receive a central kit to experiment and implement their learnings. For the other two projects, DCs are encouraged to watch and learn from their peers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Session Structure

Live sessions (for brief theory and doubts) are conducted every 4 days. Each session is immediately followed by a mandatory task and assignment with a strict 1-week deadline.
